I want to give a huge shoutout to the entire team from the internal office staff Abrielle, Alex, and Stacie, to the project coordinators Cody and Michael, who patiently answered every question and clearly explained the mitigation process while directing the demo team all the way through completion of the drying. Special thanks to Oscar for coming out personally, walking me through everything, and helping me feel confident that I was trusting the right company. I called several other companies before SOS some couldn’t come out until the next day, and others never even returned my call. SOS Anytime Restoration was onsite within minutes, and that quick response made all the difference.
